Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

  • Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

    • The product is damaged or defective.

    • Any reason other than wrong or damaged product

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • If the product has been opened, used, or is not in its original condition, the return request will be rejected.

Refunds

  • A full refund is only issued if:

    • The returned product meets all return conditions

    • The item is properly packed and unused

  • If the customer requests a refund, the return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund accordingly.
